Team Manager Neighbourhood services are provided across 8 neighbourhood teams committed to promoting the health and wellbeing of Stockport residents. As a Team Manager you will lead your team with the support of an assistant team manager, and also represent Adult Social Care at a neighbourhood level with partners from a range of organisations.You will contribute to the strategic direction of the neighbourhoods and ensure that the values and principles intrinsic to Adult Social Care practice are promoted and embedded within teams. Alongside the Social Work Assistant Team Manager, you will have responsibility for Social Workers and Social Care Officers. You will be responsible for all aspects of the teams performance and will need to be invested in both your own and the teams development.
