Outsource UK are currently working with a Finance company who are seeking a Technical Administrator for a position based in Buckinghamshire. Responsibilities: The Admin Support role will provide effective admin assistance across all aspects of the remote access service. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Service Now queues that tickets are logged to ensuring that SLAs are adhered to. The position provides exposure to a broad range of VPN-related projects and activities. Skills Required: Experience of working as a Technical Administrator. Excellent experience and skills working with Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and communications skills.
