Description:

Have you been unhappy with your furlough situation?

Are you no longer enjoying your office atmosphere?

Have you got a strong BD face to face and pver the phone temp recruitment background?

My client is a leading, and well-respected, construction recruiter who is looking for a trades consultant to take over a HOT desk in Leeds (which is extremely rare in recruitment).

My client is on an abundance of PSLs and has a great labour team, who are constantly recruiting and vetting candidates o fill vacancies. The team is great but they are now just missing that key sales person who can both establish and grow existing relationships within the construction and/or civil contractor market, by making calls and visiting sites.

As mentioned above, your role will be varied, with office phone work combined with work out in the field. They key here is a passion for business development. The successful candidate is someone who loves chatting to people, growing relationships and most importantly closing deals (by being given vacancies to work).

This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and well regarded agency who has a fantastic, ready made database, and warm desk ,which is ready and waiting for the right person to take it over.

Guaranteed commission will be considered, along with an excellent salary and commission package
