VIP Service Support Engineer - Technology Services Engineer
A fantastic opportunity has arisen in Liverpool for a Technology Services Engineer for a period of 12 months on a fixed term contract basis. You will provide an executive support service to Directors, Board Members and the Senior Leadership team relating to mobile devices ( tablets, laptops & smart phones), Microsoft Office tools, the use of video conferencing facilities, etc. delivering a high quality, robust and responsive service. You will also be accountable for ordering IT kit, software and accessories as well as assisting in maintaining a hardware Asset register of all allocations, working with the Service Delivery teams to support any upgrades/ replacements. Occasionally, you may be required to assist the helpdesk team when volumes of incidents are high. We are looking for someone with previous experience providing customised IT services and support to very senior stakeholders, customer focused with excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of technologies around mobile devices, audio/ visual equipment, wireless access and Microsoft office tools. ITIL v3 qualification is required and MCP is highly desirable.
