We are currently looking for a Star Expert (Product Expert) for a 9 month Fixed Term Contract to be based at our Watford dealership. What is a Star Expert? Our Star Experts are often the first colleagues customers interact with. In this role you will be an expert on all of our fantastic cars and associated products. Everything from the technology inside the vehicle to the incredible performance you would expect from a Mercedes-Benz car. Do I need any experience? We can teach you about our amazing products and will provide you with all the training required to get you up to speed. All we need from you is a professional approach, friendly manner and experience working face to face with customers. Customer service is critical in this role so you must be able to interact well with people and confidently hold a conversation about what we are selling. Ideally you will have this experience working with a premium brand – either in retail, hospitality or the service industry. What’s in it for me?
