The Planning Manager role

The Planning Manager will be responsible for;

  • Developing, maintain and manage all programmes and other time related and production control deliverables
  • Effectively communicating the projects planning roadmap and performance measures to a host of key stakeholders
  • Question the project to ensure delivery is in line with all company, regional and project business targets.

Your profile

You'll have;

  • Knowledge of Powerproject planning software is essential. Experience using Primavera P6 and Microsoft project is also useful/desirable.
  • Extensive experience in managing planning on large multi-million pound projects, ideally within the healthcare sector.
  • A passion in innovating and driving planning initiatives
  • Experience of working on bids 

Please note, this is a site based role and we require someone who is available to be on site 5 days per week.

You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

  • Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree in Speech and Language Therapy
  • HCPC registered

The role:   

We are looking for a Newly Qualified Occupational Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Park School 

Working collaboratively with the education team, you will deliver bespoke Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Occupational Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, while taking into account the requirements of your governing and professional bodies. You will be given responsibility for holding an occupational therapy caseload, with the full support of your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation as required This post would suit a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual.

Essential Criteria:   

  • Recognised occupational therapy degree
  • Registered member of RCOT
  • HCPC registered
  • Relevant previous experience as student OT or in a previously held job
  • Previously engaged with people experiencing learning difficulty and/or neurodiversity in any setting
  • Good communication including relationship, analytical and judgemental skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Evidence of understanding the relationship between behaviour and communication
  • Basic understanding of physical needs, dexterity, coordination and sensory skills for assessment and treatment of client group
  • Basic IT skills
  • Understanding of information governance and confidentiality and record keeping standards
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the multi-disciplinary team
  • Evidence of continuous professional development
  • Full driving licence and access to a car   

Desirable:  

  • Experience of multi-disciplinary working in a range of settings
  • Experience of communicating with/working with families/relatives and carers
  • Knowledge of legislation and its implications for both clinical practice and professional management in relation to the client group
  • Knowledge of different assessment tools, intervention programmes and formulation of treatment plans from a range of OT modalities

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Manage all aspects of Voice Projects and Operations
  • Support Operations and Project activities on Voice infrastructure including Nice Voice Recordings
  • Test circuits and components of malfunctioning unified communications equipment to isolate sources of malfunctions, using network management systems and circuit designs
  • Analyse telecommunications systems using structured problem solving and available tools to troubleshoot highly complex systems in a mission-critical environment, identifying root causes, action plans, and impact and resolution plans
  • Monitor system performance daily and provide security measures, troubleshooting, and maintenance as needed
  • Identify all aspects of communications-related vulnerabilities, increase customer awareness of potential vulnerabilities and impacts on mission execution capability, and provide recommendations to mitigate or eliminate identified vulnerabilities
  • Perform day-to-day activities required to manage Voice services, such as design, implementation, and management, including troubleshooting of complex VOIP issues
  • Perform testing, provisioning, operations, and emergency response for ongoing VOIP network operations
  • Oversee and manage the deployment of upgrades to existing voice, video, and other related systems in a multi-location environment
  • Take ownership of projects and complete them on time
  • Collaborate with Project Teams including Operations, contract resources, and 3rd Party Vendors
  • Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, managing the service to support the Incident/Problem Manager, the Technology Service owner, and deliver quality operations to consumers of Voice and Video Services

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Advanced knowledge of enterprise multi-cluster design, integrating CUCM, Unity Connections, SME
  • Knowledge of Cisco Video and Conferencing solutions – Telepresence, TMS, Webex
  • Experience with Nice Perform or Nice Engage
  • Oracle SBC design and configuration is a plus
  • Experience working in Expressway Edge and CORE
  • Excellent communication, relationship management, and logical reasoning skills

About the role 

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite SuiteTax Functional Consultant to lead the ongoing  management and implementation of the platform. This is a critical role, working closely with the  System Integrator to gather and analyze requirements, provide guidance and oversight on design  decisions, ensure quality, and support the continued maintenance and evolution of the solution. The ideal candidate will possess deep SuiteTax and e-invoicing knowledge, strong analytical skills,  excellent stakeholder management, and experience in requirement gathering, process  optimisation and IT change management with a Finance domain. 
 

As Functional Consultant, you'll be responsible for:  

  • Oversight of platform design to support optimal delivery of the relevant business policies  and processes whilst maintaining alignment with best practice and compliance with  regulatory requirements.  
  • Analysing business requirements and translating them into effective solutions.
  • Advice and support for optimal use of platform to deliver business outcomes
  • Product configuration and maintenance of workbooks
  • Management of config through environments, ensuring communication and Alignment  with other workstreams

We'd love you to have

  • Strong understanding of Finance and Tax business processes and best practice
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite SuiteTax modules and configuration experience
  • Good understanding of e-invoicing modules
  • Relevant certifications preferred

  •  Experience of data conversion and integration between systems
