My client is a high profile, hugely successful Wealth Management organisation who are continuing to grow. Due to their ongoing success they have an opportunity for a Client Support Administrator to join their team in Manchester.Job Context: This role will require a highly organised individual to provide the Private Client IFAs with full administrative support. The individual will be trained on both Pre-Sale (Servicing) and Post-Sale (Processing) administrative tasks to enable them to provide the full end to end support for their Advisers. The key functions of the role are to deliver an efficient and effective support service to the Adviser, while providing an excellent service to the client. Key Accountabilities: Client Service Provide an efficient, friendly and professional service to both clients & IFAs. Principle Tasks: Pre-Sale (Servicing) \uF0B7 Dealing with adhoc queries from Advisers\/Clients\/Providers (Pre & Post Sale) \uF0B7 Tasks to be recorded and maintained via back office systems \uF0B7 Maintenance of client files \uF0B7 Postal activity (incoming\/outgoing) \uF0B7 Processing Letters of Authority \uF0B7 Valuations \uF0B7 Liaise with 3rd Party Providers & Paraplanners \uF0B7 Preparing Client Meeting Packs \uF0B7 Gather quotes \/ illustrations \/ Fact Sheets \/ Order Projections \uF0B7 Booking Client Review Appointments & Managing IFAs diary \uF0B7 Print & Bind Client Suitability Reports \uF0B7 Process Client Withdrawals Post-Sale (Processing) \uF0B7 Tasks to be recorded and maintained via back office systems \uF0B7 Maintenance of client files through application stage \uF0B7 New business processing (Online\/Post) \uF0B7 Loading relevant data on to CRM database \uF0B7 Postal activity (incoming\/outgoing) \uF0B7 Chase Submitted Business & Debtors through to On-risk Status \uF0B7 Update IFA & Client of progress on New Business cases \uF0B7 Maintenance of all client policy data & associated income expectancies Training and Development: Role holder to drive development forward with the support of the Team Manager & Senior Administrators to ensure competency (where applicable) across all areas.Communication: To develop and maintain good working relationships with all client support administrators, Private Client Advisers and Management Team in order to provide an efficient and high standard of service.This is a great opportunity to establish your career in a market leading organisation who offer outstanding support and progression
