Job Type: Full-time 3 month contract (with the possibility of a permanent contract)
Location: Brixton, London (and remote)
Salary: £22,000-£25,000 p.a

Summary Of The Role
We are growing fast, and we’re looking for a new Customer Service Executive to join our team. Reporting to our Customer Experience Manager and working alongside our small team of customer service execs, you will be the friendly face of the brand and become central to the customer experience at D&D. We are looking for someone who is is empathetic and operational, and both understands and enjoys high-touch customer service.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Communicate directly to customers via telephone, email and live chat through Zendesk and social media.
Advise customers on prints, sizing and style to ensure an excellent experience and maximise sales.
Create, edit and manage customer orders through Shopify.
Work as part of a team to ensure orders are successfully processed and delivered.
Solve problems efficiently and positively, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Work closely with our warehouse and courier teams to track orders and manage returns.
Be the voice of the customer at D&D and champion the customer’s needs, particularly during our Christmas period.

Requirements
YOUR PROFILE
1-2 years experience in a customer facing role.
A naturally good communicator who loves to make customers happy.
A quick learner with the ability to pick up new skills.
Customer service and/or Sales experience.
Experience of working within a team to meet KPIs and SLAs
Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge of Zendesk and Shopify or similar customer service systems is preferable, but not essential
Able to cover weekends during our peak Christmas period (still no more than 5 days/week)
