Customer Services Ashton-in-Makerfield 23,000 per annum Your new company Working for a friendly, family owned company in Ashton-in-Makerfield, this is a varied and interesting role, looking after all incoming jobs into the company and progressing through the system. Your new role Reporting to the Office Manager, this is a stand alone role - looking after all jobs coming into the company and providing excellent customer service at all times, duties will include: * Taking incoming calls from customers and inputting work required onto the system * Scheduling in jobs and updating on the system * Planning work and issuing to engineers via Job logic * Dealing with Suppliers, ordering and progressing parts * After care services * Raising sales invoices for completed jobs * Chasing outstanding accounts via telephone * Resolving complaints and queries on accounts What you'll need to succeed We are looking for a confident and experienced Customer Services person, someone with great attention to detail, a confident telephone manner and able to prioritise their work as required. What you'll get in return 23,000 per annum, hours 8.30am - 5.00pm Mon-Fri, 21 days holiday + bank holidays,fee parking.
