Your new role
Working as part of a friendly and supportive HR team, you will provide transnational support for employees, managers and colleagues on a variety of operational HR issues. With the customer at the centre of everything you do, your role will be to process change requests for employees. This could include maternity requests, changes to terms, starters and finishers to name a few. You will liaise closely with payroll to ensure changes are managed in a timely manor and employee payments are not delayed.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator, who has experience of managing transnational change requests and has good HR systems experience. You will need to be both people and process focus, as you will be working to deadlines and SLAs, so the ability to manage your own workload is essential.

Currently home working, the organisation will be implementing hybrid working, with the ability to work in their central Solihull offices.
