The role will handle the HR Operations and you will be the first point of contact for HR queries.
The main duties will consist of:
Managing and maintaining all the queries submitted to the HR inbox
Managing all policies and procedures, updating as and when legislation changes
Managing ER casework including discipilinaries, grievances, performance management, absences & absence management You would be working from their offices in Somerset 2/3 days a week and from home the other 2/3 days. It will be paying £30k + benefits
