This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a hands-on Lead Developer / Head of Development who wants to join an E-commerce Technology Group and be part of a growing venture! With their operations, back office, and online presence already in place we need someone to commercialise further, leading the development team with new proprietary software projects and e-commerce builds.
You will be part of a new team of investors with an appetite to modernise the way they work and take advantage of their already extremely successful business.
This role will be based remotely but with reasonable access to our HQ in Stone, Staffordshire
Leading our team to ensure all e-commerce properties deliver a strong user experience and brand aesthetic whilst maximising revenue Building proprietary software and applications for internal and external use Ensure we capture the right data to enable you to make strategic decisions to drive online sales growth Optimise the performance of the website (SEO, loading times, etc.) Continue to build out our front-end roadmap Developing and testing new features and functionality on the website in response to business needs and the desire to drive online sales growth
