IT Admin (part time maternity cover)

Part time IT Admin opportunity working for a fantastic organisation based in Milton Keynes
We're currently working with a Milton Keynes based organisation who are currently looking for a part time IT Administrator to join their existing Service Desk as maternity cover for a 4 month period.
As the IT Admin you will be working within the Technical Support team and you can expect to be picking up initial tickets via email and over the phone to pass on to your colleagues. The administration part of your role will require you to ensure the organisation of all incoming traffic to the team as well as ensuring that all ticketing is documented in the correct way. This opportunity is fantastic for a graduate or a new starter who is looking to get a foot up into the IT world as there is no previous technical experience required.
