PIA Administrator

The role:
* Updating internal systems
* Accessing PIA (Physical Infrastructure Architecture) Criteria Portal with requests for areas of work
* Tracking & reporting the progression of orders
* Submitting monthly and quarterly forecast and actuals
* Attending site to take photographs of infrastructure
* Responding to queries and requests from across the business to support delivery
* Placing Orders for Network Adjustments
* Support the development of processes, workflows and efficiency improvements
* General Administration duties
The person:
* Previous experience in an admin role
* Driven and able to work autonomously with high level of attention to detail
* Competent or advanced competency with Microsoft Office applications
* Excellent communication skills across all levels
* Demonstrable organisation and time management skills
* Telecoms and / or GIS experience is desirable
