Regional HR Business Partner

My Client based in Essex are looking to recruit a Regional HR Business Partner to join their team following promotion.This dynamic role will provide HR Consultation to Director-level and below clients for all business groups across UK.The Regional HRBP is a member of the EMEA HR Business Agnostic team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Engage with the business in all aspects of HR, including:Employee relationsPolicies and proceduresCompensation and performance metricsChange management initiativesTalent management and developmentOther programs that support the business in achieving its objectivesProvide direction, guidance and counseling to the management team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issuesContribute to the development of the European HR function and organization (structure, standardization, automatization, technology, KPI's)Other projects or initiatives as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fieldMinimum of seven years in an HR Generalist role or combination of HR Specialist and Generalist experience, preferably in an international environmentStrong business acumen to identify solutions for business problemsThe ability and willingness to provide practical business solutions to clients when required, exercising tact and diplomacy while providing supporting facts and dataProven interpersonal skills and the ability to build influential relationships at all levels within the organization; demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal business clientsStrong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate data into concise, executive-ready presentations and reportsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional action and customer service orientation with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast paced, dynamic business environmentSolid knowledge of employment law, regulations and statutesDemonstrated problem solving and consulting skills as well as project management abilitiesExperienced in working in an international matrix organizationAbility to work remotely and independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Human ResourcesExperience with enterprise HR systems and applicationsProfessional HR certification (CIPD level 7 qualified or equivalent)
