Back End PHP Developer - Building a CMS and Database Infrastructure - Up to £50k - 100% Remote Working

Your new company
You'll be joining an international agency with the backing of one of the largest business groups worldwide! Their team of 70+ is expanding rapidly, in order to continue their success thus far. The idea is to grow much further beyond this. The company operate through a number of brands, working on projects including 3D, Apps, Websites, Film and Marketing.
Your new role
This is an exciting new opportunity to have a real impact on a fresh project that has a huge amount of flexibility on the technical roadmap ahead. They are looking for a Back End Developer to work on several large-scale app projects, using the latest technologies to develop their NoSQL database infrastructure and Content Management System. You will be involved throughout the whole project and collaborate with iOS, Android and Unity developers.
On top of this you will be developing APIs, creating platform integrations with 3rd Party Services, and working with the in-house App & 3D development team to improve the architecture for their iOS app. Other responsibilities include; evolving app back end infrastructure approaches and strategies, ensuring technical decisions support their performance goals, working on new web platforms, pitching new technologies and platforms to use in ongoing projects and applying adequate time for research and development.
What you'll need to succeed
* Restful API
* Elastic or Solr Search
* Experience with developing Content Management Systems (bespoke or off the shelf)
* AWS, Rackspace Cloud or Google Cloud
* Experience with CMS for mobile apps
* Linux / Apache
* Unit testing
* Pen testing
* Developing microservices
* Laravel & WordPress
* Experience with AI projects
