Repair Manager (Day to Day)
Your new company
Your new job will be working for an a well established housing association with approx 10,000 homes across Cheshire.
Your new role
Your new job you will be tasked with overseeing the day to day repairs team which will include both Joiners and Plumbers with a total of approx 20 tradesman.
You will be tasked with being responsible for performance management, budget management, complaint resolution. You will have an active role and be required to go out and do inspections.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked in a similar role before managing a number of trades ideally from a day to day repair background within social housing sector.
What you'll get in return
3 Month Contract, however strong possibility this position could go permanent.
