Service Delivery Manager \/ Partner - Mobile Services - Remote Working - 200-350 per day umbrella Your new company Global Telecommunications company looking for a Service Delivery Manager \/ Partner to join the wider Managed Services Team. Your new role As a Managed Services Manager you will working in a small team governing our strategic managed Network and IT Suppliers for the Mobile Network. Working closely with the wider business stake holders and supporting Service Management , Service Transitions and Release management governance for our Mobile Services which enables a full E2E customer engagement journey for Voice, Data and SMS\/MMS services fulfilment. * Experience in Mobile carrier providers * Significant technical service delivery with proven track record in service management, technology implementation and end to end service improvements gained within a large commercial environment * Deep understanding and experience of BSS and Core technologies, supporting tools, platform and solutions * Strong background in mobile technology with expertise in driving operational efficiency's and excellent understanding of key business process * Experience of project management techniques including planning, resource allocation, prioritisation, and escalation * Strong management skills in a service oriented based environment, both vendor and 3rd parties * Strong SLA and KPI monitoring capabilities and skill sets * Timeliness in all actions with quality consciousness towards services received and provided as well as a strong customer experience focussed attitude * Demonstrated strong influencing and persuading skills, encouraging colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice * Ability to form strong business relationships across multiple locations from board level to front line agents What you'll need to succeed * At the Director's request - someone with energy! Personality is hugely important for this role as it is also relationship focused! * Significant technical service delivery with proven track record in service management, technology implementation and end to end service improvements gained within a large commercial environment. * Experience in Mobile carrier provider * Similar technical delivery readiness role\/technical delivery * Experience working in Service Management environment or Managed Service Provider with an understanding of ITIL processes\/framework * Experience of large organisational management across geographically dispersed teams. * Likes to create structure and is confident in Microsoft technology including. MS teams, Share point management * Passionate for providing service excellence to our people and customers * A passion for process and documentation creation and adherence. * Understands customer journey or willing to learn quickly. * Astute with a passion for innovation. * Stakeholder management negotiation and conflict management skills * A flexible approach to operational imperatives * Strong communicator with a high degree of written and verbal communication skills What you'll get in return Flexible working options available.
