Service Desk Technician

Our client based in Bradford on Avon are seeking a Service Desk Technician to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. The successful candidate will be part of a busy technical support team that covers all first response support.
Service Desk Technician Hours:
£10.20 per hour
Service Desk Technician Key responsibilities will include:
* Provide an exceptional service experience to all of our clients users and staff.
* Take ownership of technical issues / incidents until the issue has been successfully resolved.
* Escalating to internal colleagues and teams as appropriate.
* Assist the ServiceDesk team and the wider IT department with various project related tasks.
* Working flexibly.
Service Desk Technician Requirements:
A successful candidate will have proven hands-on knowledge and understanding of the 1st line IT Support environment. Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Trouble shooting.
Microsoft Office and 365 will be most common packages used and hence what most support enquiries will concern.
Service Desk Technician Hours:
Standard office hours from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5.30pm.
37.5 hours
1 hour for lunch
