Your new role
You will manage and lead a team of team managers to ensure the service is running to the highest standards. You will hold a CQC registration and ensure that your service is running according to local authority and safeguarding procedures. Going above and beyond to achieve a consistent level of excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be experienced leading a team within a CQC setting, have a solid understanding of all regulatory requirements and the desire to maintain exceptional levels of service.
