You have the opportunity to work for a leading housing association based across Bristol and Gloucestershire. The organisation looks to meet the housing needs of a large demographic of individuals with the aim to care and provide future support.
Your new role
Your role will be to provide housing support to vulnerable adults. This includes, tenancy management advice and generalist support. You will help to serve as a platform of growth, to facilitate the development of people requiring a high / medium support.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience of housing management issues including rent collection, void management, property maintenance and ASB. You must have experience of working with vulnerable people from a supported housing background.
What you'll get in return
