In your new company you will be working with a great organisation based in Cheltenham support young adults aged 17-24.
Your new role
In your new roles, you will be working with young adults with Learning Difficulties, Mental Health, and Challenging Behaviour. You will work on a shift basis for 4-12 weeks. The positions can often turn in to permanent work.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to be confident in working with young adults and have a genuine desire to support the work of the permanent members of staff. Having an NVQ L2 or L3 in Health and Social Care is desirable and being able to drive is a must.
