A fantastic temporary opportunity to work as part of a team to administer and manage pension requests. Part of a busy service and admin team, this role is to ensure that all transactions needed for the pension schemes are completed to the highest standard within the service levels agreed and that clients receive the best possible service.
 
  • You will be responsible to carry out administrative tasks, responding to requests within a busy inbox.
  • Dealing with specific administration, carrying out clear defined actives.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally.
  • Ensure clients receive regular and effective communication.
  • Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Ideally some experience of working in Financial Services or knowledge of pensions administration service would be advantegous
  • Good organisation skills, able to prioritise.
  • Strong numeracy ability, able to demonstrate accuracy.

A well-established multi- disciplined fit-out contractor, specialising in pharmaceuticals and education have an exciting new requirement for an administrator to join their close working team in High Wycombe. They are very focused on employee progression, growth and ensuring that their close-knit family feel is maintained
Administrator will be paid 28, 000 basic + 28 days holiday + private healthcare + Yearly Bonus
The Successful Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Administrator will be managing the data entry onto them in house CAFM system
  • Administrator will be using Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Administrator assisting the contracts manager with all administration duties by being proactive in their approach
  • Administrator will be speaking with engineers and clients on booking and following up reactive works, ensuring that the in-house system is up to date as well as scheduling PPM's

To be successful as the Administrator

  • Administrator will be experienced in maintenance contracts administration within M&E, HVAC, or Facilities Maintenance (Desirable)
  • Administrator will live in commuting distance to High Wycombe
  • Administrator will be working in the office Mon- Fri after a successful 6-month probation hybrid (2 days a week) working will be an option
