Our client is a fast-growing, UK-based business specialising in licensed children’s products, distributed primarily through retail partners. With a strong foothold in physical retail, we are now investing in growing our Amazon division into a major direct-to-consumer (D2C) revenue channel. This is a key strategic role for someone who thrives in building and scaling e-commerce marketplaces from the ground up.
 
Role Overview:

Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Amazon Specialist to lead our marketplace expansion, with a strong emphasis on building, optimising, and scaling our Amazon UK and international presence (Vendor and Seller Central). You will be given full ownership of our Amazon strategy—from content to advertising to fulfilment—and will play a critical role in transforming a small Amazon operation into a core part of our growth strategy.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon strategy across Vendor Central and Seller Central.
  • Launch and scale D2C Amazon operations in the UK, and expand into Europe and the US where appropriate.
  • Manage PPC campaigns across Amazon Advertising and external platforms (Google Shopping, Meta Ads) to maximise ROI and brand reach.
  • Lead all aspects of marketplace operations including SEO-optimised product listings, A+ content, fulfilment coordination (FBA & 3PL), pricing strategy, and promotional planning.
  • Own and manage advertising budgets, with accountability for ROAS and revenue targets.
  • Analyse data to drive decisions on inventory planning, campaign performance, and new product opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design, logistics, and licensing teams to ensure product availability, compliance, and brand alignment.
  • Stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving algorithms, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

What they are looking for:
 
  • Proven success launching and scaling Amazon marketplaces (Vendor/Seller) with a track record of 20%+ YoY growth.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, including PPC, SEO, Buy Box dynamics, listing optimisation, A/B testing, and inventory planning.
  • Highly data-driven and results-focused, with experience managing six-figure advertising budgets and delivering strong ROAS.
  • Experience working with or leading cross-functional and international teams, including marketing, logistics, and content.
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics, and external paid media platforms (Google, Meta).

- Work as a customer support escalation subject matter expert (SME), managing shipper escalations and resolving them within service level agreements. As the candidate would be an SME, they would then use their expertise to identify CS improvement.

We're seeking a seasoned AdTech expert to join our Sales GTM organization as a Principal AdTech GTM Lead. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our global sales teams and product development, driving adoption of of AdTech advertising solutions.
The ideal candidate will be an industry veteran with deep expertise in all facets of AdTech, including both buy-side and sell-side technologies. You'll be responsible for shaping our go-to-market strategies, influencing product roadmaps, and driving demand generation initiatives that propel Amazon Advertising's growth in the competitive AdTech landscape.
Key job responsibilities:
- Serve as the voice of the customer and sales teams to our product organizations, defining and prioritizing global sales needs to influence product development decisions.
- Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies and sales plays for both existing and new AdTech capabilities, focusing on areas such as data/identity solutions, supply optimization, AI/ML-driven bidding, and advanced measurement and reporting tools.
- Own the end-to-end process of delivering strategic plans, from initial conception to successful execution and performance analysis.
- Drive sales enablement initiatives, ensuring our global sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively communicate the value of our AdTech solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to craft compelling narratives and positioning for our AdTech offerings.

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 10+ years of professional or military experience

Key job responsibilities

* Develop and implement comprehensive GTM strategies that address varied regulatory requirements across regions
* Partner with other GTM teams to create and maintain sales enablement frameworks that help teams articulate our privacy-first approach and regulatory compliance measures to customers and stakeholders
* Lead privacy-centric solution development and implementation, including consent management frameworks, data minimization strategies, and compliance documentation
* Partner with Product Marketing to develop compelling narratives around privacy-centric advertising solutions, regulatory compliance, and Addressable targeting capabilities
* Analyze, contextualize and communicate industry developments (e.g., Google Privacy Sandbox, EU privacy regulations, clean rooms, identity providers) to internal sales teams and customers
* Support global sales teams in addressing customer privacy concerns and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to ensure GTM strategies align with current and emerging privacy regulations
* Own the strategy to build trust with customers navigating the transition from third-party cookies to privacy-preserving alternatives while maintaining regulatory compliance
Basic Qualifications
