Role Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Analyst /  Product Owner  hybrid to lead the development of an AI-powered insights platform  that extracts structured intelligence from unstructured enterprise content. The platform uses Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) LLMs , and knowledge graphs  to empower teams across CRM Finance , and Operations  with real-time, explainable answers to complex queries.

This role will own the vision, backlog, and business alignment , while also driving requirement gathering, user stories , and testing —bridging product leadership and business analysis in one.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Leadership & Strategy
  • Define the product roadmap for an enterprise AI platform leveraging GenAI, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS).
  • Prioritise features that deliver explainable, source-linked answers from documents like emails, contracts, reports, and CRM logs.
  • Own use cases including:
    • CRM Insights : Summarising customer interactions, identifying churn risk, linking sales data with behavioural signals.
    • Finance & Savings : Extracting vendor terms, analysing expenses, surfacing hidden cost-saving opportunities.
    • Cross-functional Intelligence : Connecting siloed data points across departments via knowledge graphs for compliance and decision support.
Business Analysis & Execution
  • Engage stakeholders across Finance, SalesOps, Risk, and Legal to collect, define, and validate requirements.
  • Write clear user stories, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria tailored to GenAI-based document intelligence workflows.
  • Help define metrics for model accuracy, confidence thresholds, and visualizations that aid interpretability.
  • Support QA/UAT cycles and iterate based on feedback loops with both business and technical teams.
Collaboration & Alignment
  • Partner with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and backend/frontend teams to translate domain needs into scalable GenAI solutions.
  • Ensure regulatory, privacy, and compliance concerns are embedded early in the product lifecycle.
  • Act as the central point of communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4–6 years in Business Analysis,  Product Management , or hybrid technical roles within enterprise platforms or AI/ML solutions.
  • Solid understanding of GenAI concepts  like LLMs, embeddings, RAG, vector stores, and knowledge graphs.
  • Experience in at least one of the following domains: CRM (e.g., Salesforce) Finance/FP&A Procurement , or Compliance .
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional agile teams with ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Bonus: Exposure to tools such as LangChain, Neo4j, Streamlit, OpenAI API, or document parsing libraries (PDF, DOCX, CSV).
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with LLMOps, prompt engineering, or model monitoring.
  • Prior experience in enterprise SaaS, BFSI, or consulting domains.
  • UX/UI understanding for building intuitive query interfaces or data exploration tools.

As a Business Analyst, you will:
