**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This individual will lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, as well as facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and development teams.
Responsibilities:
* Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders.
* Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Support cross-functional teams in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
* Contribute to the creation of business cases, process flows, and user stories.
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering with proficiency in business analysis methodologies (e.g. BABOK JAD RUP) and best practices.
* Experience in using business analysis tools (e.g. Use Cases Process Models Data Flow Diagrams).
* Strong elicitation documentation and analysis skills for gathering documenting and prioritizing business requirements.
* Experience in conducting user research including interviews surveys and usability testing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders including executives project teams and end-users.
* Ability to build consensus, manage expectations and facilitate decision-making processes.
* Experience in process mapping workflow analysis and process re-engineering.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
