You will focus on driving the digital landscape for the business to drive brand awareness, optimise performance, and target new/existing customers.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the annual digital strategy with a focus on Website performance, digital content, and customer experience. Working across multiple international markets, you will work with regional teams to ensure digital campaigns and communication are tailored to the right target audience.
The Role:
- Deliver the annual digital marketing strategy to support wider business objectives.
- Manage the company website, looking at performance metrics and optimisation.
- Deliver digital communication through a range of online channels (social, CRM, web etc).
- Ensure a best in class customer experience across all digital touch points.
- Manage and deliver SEO strategies to maintain current top search rankings in European markets.
- Work with regional teams to ensure all digital campaigns are tailored for specific target markets.
- Look at market trends, new tools and conduct competitor research. Suggest and implement changes.
- Work with external agencies to ensure briefs are being delivered to a high standard.
The ideal person:
- Proven experience in a similar B2B Marketing role, ideally within a manufacturing business.
- An analytical thinker, with the ability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - internal and external.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once and prioritise workload.
