The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant , you'll receive full training and ongoing support to develop the skills you need to succeed. You'll work closely with experienced consultants and learn every aspect of the recruitment process - from sourcing top candidates to building lasting relationships with schools.
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday - Friday
Day-to-day, you will:
- Source and interview candidates for teaching and support roles
- Build strong relationships with schools across Yorkshire
- Manage job adverts, applications, and compliance documentation
- Match candidates to roles
- Provide excellent service to both clients and candidates

About the Role:
As a School Administrator, you will play a vital role in the smooth running of our school office. This position primarily involves covering for a key team member and supporting our front-of-house operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming visitors and providing excellent customer service
- Managing inquiries and answering phone calls
- utilising our administrative systems, including SIMS
- Performing general administrative tasks such as typing and maintaining spreadsheets
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a seamless operation in a busy office environment
