Job Description
We are recruiting a Head of B2B Field Sales with a proven track record in scaling and managing ISA’s (Independent door2door Field Sales Agents). This is an exciting start-up leadership role within an award-winning UK VoIP Series A–funded telecoms provider. Reporting directly to the CEO who previously founded and scaled one of the UK’s most successful SME telecoms brands. The successful candidate will launch and own the full field sales strategy, ISA recruitment and national rollout.
The company is uniquely positioned to capitalise on the BT Switch-off, a market-wide transition requiring millions of UK SMEs to upgrade from copper lines to VoIP by 2027. Although profitable and growing, the company expects to raise £10M Series B growth funding in Q2-2026 to significantly accelerate growth and scale all sales channels including Field Sales. If you’ve scaled B2B field sales teams, especially self-employed agents selling into high-street sectors, then this is your chance to step into or step up into a key Leadership role in an exciting and high-profile buildout and commercial expansion.
Ideal Candidate
- Experienced B2B SME Field Sales leader with a strong and proven track record of recruiting, setting up, scaling and managing Independent Field Sales teams (ISAs) targeting micro-businesses and high-street SMEs in sectors such as IT, telecom, utilities, insurance, card payment services and other similar services.
- Alternatively, a senior No.2 with a proven track record and the drive and readiness to step up into a leadership role
- Hands-on, strategic and ready to build from scratch — including putting in place proper systems, processes and agent infrastructure
- Energetic, ambitious and ready to capitalise on the BT Switch-off opportunity
