Role Description

On-site role located in Dorsetfor a Family Support Worker. The Family Support Worker will be responsible for providing direct support to families and young people, assisting with case management, and working closely with children. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with social workers, offering consistent communication with families, and ensuring that each individual's needs are met with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Social Work and Family Services
  • Skills in Case Management and Working with Children
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
