The GSG Servicing Innovation team focuses on:
+ Developing and executing upon the GenAI strategy & priorities for GSG through rapid testing and learning, serving as a first mover for the broader enterprise in this new space
+ Accelerating and scaling GenAI pilot programs through scope definition, coordination, and ongoing centralized support (e.g., analysis, change management, communications) for dedicated pilot teams
+ Rapidly operationalizing GenAI initiatives at scale through development of rollout and scaling plans that quickly shift pilots from learnings to benefit realization, enabling teams to fail fast when appropriate
+ Providing compliance and risk management support for each unique use case to ensure responsible and thoughtful use of GenAI technology in accordance with AXP and regulatory policies
Role Description:
The role will require creating strategic and data-driven recommendations that enable the execution of GSG's GenAI strategy. The role will require a deep understanding of GenAI architecture, development frameworks, and troubleshooting to support execution of GenAI product development. This role will be responsible for the execution and delivery of strategic tests and pilots. The ideal candidate will be able to think creatively and prepare analyses and presentations on both forward-looking strategy and achieved results. This role also requires collaboration with various teams, including effective collaboration with Senior Leaders of all band levels across GSG and American Express more broadly.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
+ Supporting the scoping of the next wave of GenAI pilots, ensuring alignment to prioritization principles while extrapolating learnings from smaller scale efforts and extending to "bigger bets"
+ Applying Generative AI solutions to build pilots and products with high expectations on customer satisfaction
+ Thought leadership/creative problem solving to accelerate technological innovation for American Express and drive progressive improvement
+ Developing strong working relationships with various stakeholders in order to achieve results and enact wide-scale impact across the enterprise
+ Strategic program management for live pilots, ensuring that key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are executed by removing roadblocks and facilitating alignment between stakeholders
+ Driving project delivery by fostering teams, managing relationships with partners, identifying opportunities and obstacles/risks, developing strategic recommendations, and ensuring deliverables are optimally executed
+ Results and change leadership, including the planning and development of key GenAI initiatives that result in achievement of sustainable, transformational results
+ Monitoring external perspectives and developments in GenAI and innovation more broadly and incorporating them into to Amex roadmaps and decisioning as relevant
+ Executing analysis of key metrics for GenAI pilots to derive insights on value and performance, and prepare materials for sharing results
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Strategic, big-picture thinker with demonstrated interest in Generative AI and innovation with strong business acumen and high degree of creativity in identifying opportunities for products, services, new processes and systems
+ Experience experimenting with Generative AI and Large Language Models, including prompt engineering and other methodologies
+ Highly organized, taking individual initiative and accountability for getting results
+ Ability to navigate ambiguity and engage in structured thinking in order derive meaningful, data-driven insights
+ Solid technical understanding and skilled at articulation of complex issues to non-technical partners.
+ Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills to tailor communication to various audiences. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners to drive collaboration and alignment
+ 3 years of experience in Product Management/Development
+ Ability to influence without authority at all levels and demonstrated track record for driving results and transformation across multiple lines of business
+ High ethical standards to work in a highly regulated environment and ability to responsibly consider and mitigate risks of applying AI related solutions
+ Experience with agile product development methodologies and tools (JIRA, Rally, LPM, etc.)

PRIMARY FUNCTION
The Hygienic Pump Product Manager is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of hygienic pump products, from concept development through
commercialisation and end of life. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovations, optimise portfolio performance and align the product roadmap with business objectives.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Manage and direct product life cycle (NPD, PLM, ELP, ) to ensure healthy product portfolio for Viking Pump Hygienic. Including end-of-life decisions, and rationalisation of underperforming products.
+ Lead 80/20 work, including quads/quartiles analysis; identification and execution of key levers to drive improvements.
+ Define the product vision and long-term portfolio strategy in collaboration with senior leadership.
+ Monitor P&L statements, tracking key financial metrics and focusing on maximizing revenue, gross margins, and price capture.
+ Ensure product lines meet or exceed annual orders, sales, price capture, and profitability targets, adjusting strategy to address underperformance.
+ Collaborate with global Sales teams, channel partners and end users to develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap for hygienic pumps based on market trends, customer needs and competitor analysis.
+ Develop and implement robust and effective go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
+ Lead NPD product launch initiatives, including product training for sales teams, customer services.
+ Monitor product performance, gather feedback from customers and sales to identify area for improve or further development.
+ Manage other duties or projects as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
+ A Bachelor of Science degree in Business or related discipline.
+ A minimum of 5+years of experience in strategic marketing and product management.
+ A minimum of 5+ years of cross-functional management and business leadership.
+ Demonstrated capability understanding and distilling technology and market trends, and launching new products.
+ Proven track record in growth-focused Product Management, including NPD product launch, commercialization, and strategic planning.

Specifically, this role will focus on the efficient delivery of key regulatory and growth-related initiatives across UCM and Digital Tracking platforms generally, including partnering with lines of business, product teams, and second line partners. Through the coordinated delivery of end-to-end solutions and process enhancements, this role will execute critical near-term goals, while designing a new way of working with consent solutions and modern Digital Tracking Platforms for internal and external partners alike.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Develop, continuously refine, and execute the vision and product strategy for User Consent Management at American Express, including regular assessment of the global regulatory environment to inform future platform needs
+ Work across Digital Tracking & Privacy Capabilities to develop, communicate and execute on our core roadmap, as well as efficient remediation to achieve 2025 Strategic Compliance goals across prioritized markets
+ Build relationships with critical business partners to evangelize and get buy in to our Consent technical solutions and UX/UI approaches, and manage partners in getting efficient, consistent access to our capabilities
+ Work with the Digital Tracking Program and Operations team in the development and maintenance of required program collateral and assets, including roadmaps, updates, project tracking, and informational hubs/documents for partner engagement
+ Partner with business and governance teams to establish governance processes and create consent reporting solutions that are both compliant, yet built to power growth and achieve business goals
+ Drive strategic alignment with Operational Excellence, Engineering, Product, Analytics, GCO and GPO partners on responses to regulatory initiatives impacting the portfolio
+ Coordinate with business partners and portfolio teams to prioritize significant incoming business demand
**Qualification Requirements:**
+ 5 years of demonstrated excellence in Product Management and leading teams delivering technology-driven business solutions across the Enterprise
+ Highly organized and self-motivated individual who can combine problem-resolution, insights-driven prioritization, and ability to influence across band levels to achieve critical business goals
+ Rigorous attention to detail, with demonstrated proficiency in creating transparent, well-communicated, and scalable processes and communications, while leading the implementation of those processes across a matrixed environment
+ Confidence in decision-making in complex and ambiguous situations; comfortable troubleshooting and aligning conflicting interests
+ Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts and processes to a wide variety of audiences
+ Proactive analytical skills with a keen eye towards implications on strategy and capability impacts
+ Demonstrated ability to drive results and optimize resources to achieve goals
+ Flexibility to work and manage business partners across multiple time zones
+ Driven, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and able to act with a high level of independence
