Genesis is looking for a Shovel Loader to join one of our clients based in CV23 on a Landfill site. 

The candidate will need to have a valid NPORs ticket for Shovel Loading or an equilivent ticket/card.

You will be working on a landfill site, helping to move composting around the site, unloading trailers and loading. 

Hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm OT available 

£16.00ph 

16 - 18 per hour + OTE 50K + Training + Progression

Nationwide Travel - Midlands based preferred

Commutable from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Kidderminster, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon, Redditch, Worcester

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loading shovel and 360 grab machinery to handle materials as required.
li>Ensure the safe and efficient movement of materials in compliance with company standards.
• Conduct routine checks and maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

Required Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a loading shovel and 360 grab.
