Job Description

Are you the kind of person who already knows your way around a law firm boardroom - and thrives on building long-term, consultative relationships that deliver real commercial value?

We’re Katchr - one of the UK’s most respected legal tech businesses - and we’re looking for someone who’s already made their mark in this space and is ready to build on it.

We help law firms become better businesses. Our platform gives them the insights they need to manage performance, improve profitability, and plan for the future. With decades of legal sector expertise and a certified B Corp badge on our chest, we combine purpose, people, and tech to make a genuine impact. We’re already trusted by over 100 UK law firms and we’re growing.

We’re a business with a strong reputation, a collaborative team, and a product that delivers real value.

The Opportunity

You’ll be stepping into a role with real momentum - there’s a warm list of prospects ready to go, supported by ongoing lead generation and events. But we’re not looking for someone to just work a list. You’ll need to bring your own energy too - finding opportunities, building relationships, and driving thoughtful conversations that lead to long-term value.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle, from opening conversations with Managing Partners, Finance Directors, and IT leaders, through to tailored demos and closing high-value deals. Every interaction will call on your ability to read the room and adapt your approach. You’ll be someone who builds trust quickly and keeps things moving without ever rushing the relationship.

Here's What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Selling to Law Firms: A proven track record of selling into law firms - you understand how they operate, who makes the decisions, and how to build trust.
  • Tech Sales: Experience selling technology solutions - ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or managed services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage confidently with a variety of senior stakeholders including partners, finance directors, and IT leaders.
  • Consultative Selling: Skilled at navigating long, complex sales cycles through insight-led conversations rather than hard sells.
  • Full-Cycle Ownership: Comfortable owning the entire sales process - from initial contact and qualification through to close.
  • Pipeline Development: Proactive in generating your own leads while making the most of warm prospects and marketing activity.
  • CRM Discipline: Keeps a clean, up-to-date pipeline and uses CRM to track opportunities and plan effectively.
  • Relationship Building: Focused on building long-term partnerships, not just closing quick wins.
  • Commercial Acumen: Brings market insight and client feedback to help shape ongoing sales strategy and product fit.

Why Katchr?

You’ll be joining a company that’s genuinely shaping the future of legal technology. As we continue to grow and innovate, there are real opportunities for progression and development. The team works on a hybrid basis, with flexibility built in, and offers a competitive salary package tailored to your experience. As a certified B Corp, Katchr is proud to balance purpose with profit - placing social and environmental responsibility at the heart of how they operate.

Benefits

We strive to create a great working environment that offers not only top merit-based compensation and challenging projects, but also a competitive salary and benefits that actually mean something:

  • 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
  • Plus, for every five years you spend with us, we’ll give you the opportunity to take a sabbatical so you can start ticking off that bucket list
  • A company performance related profit-sharing annual bonus because we believe everyone should share in our successes.
  • Flexible working to help support our busy lives
  • Company pension scheme
  • Most importantly, a warm, friendly, close-knit team of talented people
  • Private Vitality Health Insurance

Ready to explore how you could fit into the Katchr family? Get in touch and let’s discuss the future!
