- Proven experience in developing and implementing talent acquisition, performance management, and learning & development strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices in the UK.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
