Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Optimize existing production lines for improved efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement and manage automation and robotic systems within the manufacturing environment.
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot projects for new manufacturing technologies.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, BOMs, and flow charts.
