Your Role

As a Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert clients rely on to guide them through one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. You will:

• Conduct detailed financial assessments to recommend the best mortgage products.
• Provide tailored advice on mortgage options, insurance products, and protection services.
• Support clients throughout the mortgage process, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and third parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, new products, and regulatory changes.
• Build lasting client relationships by offering exceptional service and ongoing support.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining full compliance with industry standards.
• Experienced over a wide range of Property Finance solutions FTB to Portfolio and Commercial.

What We’re Looking For

• CeMAP (Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice) or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Mortgage Advisor in the UK.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage products and the UK property market.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with excellent organizational skills.
