Onboarding Co-ordinator- No experience needed!
Location: Hybrid 2 days in the office, the rest working from home
Salary: 24,000 + bonus
Location: Wilmslow - Hybrid

The Role
As we continue to grow and invest in service and technology, we are looking to recruit a new Onboarding Co-ordinator within our Client Support department.

You will be responsible for providing the very best telephone and online support to our clients across the UK. You will welcome them, train them on our platform, and make proactive touchpoints with them throughout their contract with us, ensuring they get the most out of their Citation service.

Who we are looking for?
We are looking for people who are natural problem solvers, as you will be taking ownership of any queries from start to finish, identifying and anticipating needs and offering solutions.

Whatever your background, it is paramount to us that you are passionate about offering great customer service. We can teach you the rest.

We want great people who can engage effectively over the phone and are able to deliver value add to the client. A good problem solver, you will have the skills to quickly learn our online tools and use the information around you to identify solutions for our clients. You will make it your mission to understand client needs and exceed their expectations.

What will you be doing as a Recruitment, Onboarding & Training Coordinator?

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on contact centre/customer service roles
  • Posting job adverts, screening applications, and arranging interviews
  • Supporting hiring managers and liaising with external recruitment partners
  • Coordinating onboarding schedules and ensuring all new starter logistics are in place
  • Delivering warm, structured induction experiences for new team members
  • Organising internal training sessions and maintaining up-to-date training records
  • Supporting line managers with tracking development needs and compliance training


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, onboarding, or training coordination
  • A background in a contact centre, call centre, or fast-paced customer service environment (ideal, not essential)
  • A proactive, people-focused approach and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confidence using HR systems or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
