Job Description

The Process Quality Assurance (PQA) Team sits within the Project Management Control Effectiveness division as part of the Organization Project Management Office (Org PMO). PQA is responsible for reviewing the Book of Work for completion of required documents and their timelines.
The IT Project Analyst is a trainee professional role. Documents are scoped and reviewed as they are completed in the Project Tracking System. Review results drive remediation actions. Continuous improvement of the PQA framework and knowledge sharing with the Project Management Community are key areas of focus.
**Responsibilities**
+ Performing quality reviews and enforcement of quality standards against the PM procedures
+ Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors
+ Documenting quality assurance activities
+ Making recommendations for improvements
**Qualifications**
+ Experience in a relevant role, ideally with some Quality Review duties
+ Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
+ Good attention to detail able to identify issues and suggest improvements.
+ Working knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Experience in an Application Support role with Good all-round technical skills

+ Knowledge/ experience of problem Management Tools.
+ Proven experience in a technical support or SRE role, preferably supporting DevOps tools and technologies. Experience with GenAI or Machine Learning tools is a plus.
+ Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and monitoring.
+ Hands-on experience with common DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Tekton, uDeploy, Harness, Git, Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar. Experience with GenAI tools and platforms is a plus.
+ Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation and tooling.

**Role Overview**
Serves as a compliance risk analyst for Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM)'s Surveillance team responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight for a suite of surveillances designed to detect behaviors that may violate regulatory rules or internal policies and procedures. When potentially anomalous behavior is detected, the team is responsible for escalating the activity and working collaboratively with partners across the first and second lines of defense to determine the appropriate resolution of the matter, which may include employee discipline. . The ICRM Global Surveillance platform encompasses a number of surveillance related portfolios including trade surveillance, e-communications and voice surveillance, employee trading, outside activities surveillance, and information barrier surveillance.
**What you'll do**
+ Reviewing and analyzing surveillance alerts and/or reports relating to firm, employee and client trading activity. Properly documenting the review and disposition of the exceptions as well as escalating matters appropriately.
+ Gathering and analyzing trade data to assist in the Firm's response to inquiries received from governmental and exchange regulatory bodies. Additionally, supporting the compliance group in evaluating surveillance results for potential problems, communicating surveillance findings to management in a clear and concise manner as well as interacting with legal and other compliance personnel.
