Project Coordinator role:

  • You will work closely with key stake holders regarding projects from receipt of order through to delivery
  • Maintain relationships between internal departments and customers ensuring a high level of service is maintained as a Project Coordinator
  • You will responsible for preparing production schedules as a Project Coordinator in line with customer requirements.
  • Liaise with Technical department as a Project Coordinator ensuring quality standards are adhered to and maintained.
  • Liaise with key stake holders regarding SLA’s and project completion as a Project Coordinator
  • Maintain strong relationships with Clients and Customers
  • Liaising with suppliers and other stakeholders
  • Create documentation for production and design including specifications
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed as a Project Administrator.

Project Coordinator requirements:

  • Previous Project Administration, Project Coordination experience is ESSENTIAL
  • Experience in administering several projects at any one time.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and an empathetic approach when dealing with colleagues.
