Job Description

About you

You’re organised, proactive, and know how to keep a project moving without constant hand-holding. You’ve worked on signage or vinyl projects before, probably for fit out or construction clients, and you’re confident coordinating everything from artwork approvals to final install.

You understand how fast paced this world can be. You’re the kind of person who spots issues early, keeps comms clear, and isn’t fazed when things change last minute.

Your experience

You’ve managed signage or vinyl graphics projects from end to end. You’re used to working with clients in construction or fit out, where timelines are tight, access is limited, and the paperwork matters.

You know how to keep studio teams, installers and clients aligned. You’ve handled site surveys, RAMS, production schedules and install logistics. You’re not managing build teams or contractors, but you know how to operate professionally in that environment.

You’ve probably delivered projects for retail, hospitality or workplace spaces. You understand the detail that makes a job run smoothly, especially when you’re one of the last trades on site.

What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role

You’ll take ownership of signage and vinyl projects from approval through to installation. That means liaising with clients, scheduling production, arranging site access and coordinating the install crew. You’ll keep everyone on track and in the loop.

You’ll be the main point of contact throughout. Whether it's answering client queries, resolving last-minute changes or double-checking that artwork’s right before it goes to print, you're across it.

Day to day, you'll juggle multiple live projects, manage timelines, track costs and make sure installers are fully briefed and ready to go. You’ll be on site when needed, but mostly based in the Manchester office working closely with a supportive, experienced team.

About the company

You’ll be joining a well-established signage business with a strong client base in fit out and construction. They move quickly, communicate clearly and deliver properly. No fluff, no chaos, no micromanaging.

It’s a place where you’ll be trusted to take the lead, backed to make decisions and supported by people who know their stuff. If you like variety, responsibility and working with clients who expect high standards, you’ll enjoy it here.

Next steps

If you’ve managed signage or vinyl projects and want to join a company that will trust you to take the lead, send over your CV. Interviews will be arranged quickly for the right person.
