About the Role:

A large consultancy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team in the North East. This pivotal role will see you lead the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across both civil engineering and building construction sectors. You will act as the key client interface, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering strong client relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead and manage complex projects from inception to completion, encompassing feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.

  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., APM, RICS, CIOB) or working towards chartership.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the North East of England
