We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities and site management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.

We're four years young and growing in the provision of our on-site solutions to the prison service and want applicants with experience in the following areas:


Liaising with suppliers and the wider business to ensure all the relevant information is complete to inform the onboarding process.


Keeping all the supplier information on Oracle up to date including:
setting up new suppliers


Making any changes to supplier details


Providing all admin support for the commercial team in respect of meetings, events
Supporting the commercial element of the tendering process as prescribed in the GFSL processes

Maintaining a tracker of compensation events raised in the business for the commercial team to progress with the client. Noting the status when agreed, rejected or in progress.


Working closely with the BSC to support the client billing process ensuring that we are including all items that have been agreed to be additional costs.

Ensuring that GFSL are able to bill effectively and therefore cash is received to keep the business working capital position sustainable.


Gathering information across operations to support the valuation of compensation events


Working across the procurement process including the BSC, Commercial and Supply Chain providing admin support where needed


Taking responsibility for own development highlighting to Line Management potential training which would prove beneficial to individuals or GFSL.
