A teaching assistant is needed for an independent school in North London for neurodivergent children aged 7-19.

As a teaching assistant, you will primarily support students with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as students with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and other complex needs.

Teaching Assistant Responsibilities:

About the role

Reeson Education are supporting a large mainstream secondary school in Lambeth, South London who require an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2025 on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will be a Teaching Assistant with prior secondary school experience, or a graduate looking to pursue a career as a qualified teacher in the future.

The role of the Teaching Assistant is to support students with moderate learning difficulties and encourage learning across a variety of subjects and year groups. You should be able to demonstrate successful experience in supporting students with EAL.

The Role - Teaching Assistant - September 2025 - Lambeth, South London
