Recruitment Consultant Job Information
Recruitment consultants have the responsibility of attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to positions with client companies. Consultants will need to build positive relationships with clients and potential employees in order to gain a better understanding of a clients’ recruitment needs and requirements. However, if applicants do apply to an agency that specialises in a specific sector to the applicant's degree subject, chances of getting hired will increase significantly. If an applicant does not have a degree, entry is entirely possible as long as the applicant has relevant work experience in the field.
