Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be supported through your growth and provided with access to several cutting-edge tools. Our ambition is to increase our footprint over the next 18 months in Europe, Asia, North America & South America.

You’ll be taking full responsibility for your sales operation and building your portfolio of clients who will be using our performance-based advertising model. You will strive for excellence, try new things, inspire and engage those around you, and take ownership of your own revenue targets.

What Responsibilities?

You will:

  • Generate new leads/warm up existing leads
  • Conduct product demonstrations, performing a full needs analysis
  • Close new business opportunities
  • Look to increase existing business
  • Work as a team to achieve your goals, and the overall company goals.
  • You will create connections through phone, video, email, social media, professional networking, and Linkedin.
  • You will become an industry-knowledgeable individual
  • Complete 50-80 tasks in salesforce per day
  • Manage your own pipeline

What do you need?

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Good business acumen.
  • Eager to learn and earn is essential.
  • Good understanding of online advertising and or digital marketing.
  • Have a passion for excellent customer service.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Any second language will be highly advantageous.
  • Good mathematics skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Patient and able to practice good phone etiquette.
  • Strong computer literacy skills.
  • Solutions-based thinker.
  • Flexibility to be able to work in different time zones for ad hoc meetings
