Full Job Description

Job Title: Junior Retainer Nanny
Location: UK, International, Mumbai
Salary: £80,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, 120 days per year
Start Date: April 19th

About the Role:
We are seeking two Junior Retainer Nannies to join a large household team, caring for twin children aged 16 months. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within fully staffed households, supporting the primary caregivers in providing exceptional childcare and education for the family's twins. The successful candidates will work on a retainer basis, with weeks booked in advance, and must be prepared for international travel.

Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care for twin children aged 16 months.
Assist in creating a safe, stimulating, and educational environment for the children.
Collaborate with the household team to ensure smooth daily routines and activities.
Follow instructions from parents, and other staff.
Accompany the family on international trips and be available for flexible work arrangements.
Maintain open communication with the primary caregivers regarding the children's progress and any concerns.

Requirements:
Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
Qualifications in childcare essential.
Some prior experience in childcare or nanny roles.
Confidence and passion for childcare and education.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
Flexibility to travel internationally and occasionally work in Mumbai.
Strong communication skills and willingness to take instructions.
