Please note: Due to the nature of our work and security requirements in Government Solutions, we cannot offer sponsorship.  Applicants must be in a position to obtain security clearance.  We can therefore only consider applicants with the right to live and work in the United Kingdom, who have resided in the UK for at least the past five (5) years with no breaks in residency longer than 3 months.

What’s on offer?

Our two-year Project Delivery Graduate Scheme offers rotations on active Government Solutions projects, bids and vital support functions.  Track your development with competencies in a wide range of areas vital to delivering projects including Project Management, Business Development and Digital Transformation.

Rotations are an exciting blend of on-the-job experience and building your knowledge of project delivery. Previous Graduates have sourced suppliers for life support services on a military air base, worked side by side with our clients at their project sites and been a vital member of teams bidding high-profile new opportunities for the business.  Wherever possible we look for opportunities for you to travel in the UK or internationally, to see our projects in action.  With no two days being the same, what will you achieve at KBR?
