Our client, a leading Microsoft consultancy partner is looking for an experienced2ndLineSupport Analyst to work with a number of their key clients.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership and managing tickets through resolution or escalation
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Maintain and oversee installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of end users Workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices, as well as manage calls logged at the Support Desk ensuring timely resolution in accordance with the agreed SLA's.
- Be a point of escalation for firstlinesupport calls.
- Have a high level of technical ability which you are happy to share within a team framework.
- Have a high level of professional responsibility.
- Maintain a professional demeanour.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Microsoft Exchange
- Active Directory
- Cloud (Azure, AWS or Google cloud)
- SCCM
- Office 365
- Mobile Device Management
- Intune
- Windows Servers (full range)
- Server Virtualisation (HyperV / VMWare)
- Local Area Networking
- Symantec Products
- Cisco LAN/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs)
- Routing/switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers and firewalls
- Citrix ( XenApp/XenDesktop)
