Required Skills and Expertise:

• Agile Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in Agile project management, business analysis, and solution delivery. Familiarity with methodologies such as Scrum, Jira, and User Stories is essential.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability in structured problem-solving, As-Is/To-Be analysis, and data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Leadership: Ability to lead project team members effectively and contribute to the overall delivery process.
• Communication: Confident and practiced communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills to ensure clear and effective communication channels.
• Technology Solutions: Experience in delivering Operations' technology solutions with a focus on process automation, KPI/KRI definitions, MI dashboards, etc.
• Influencing Skills: Strong influencing skills to garner commitment to defined strategies and approaches.
• Portfolio Management: Ability to manage a portfolio of work and represent IT in senior management steering committees and workgroups.

Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and engage with stakeholders and development teams to analyze and deliver control solutions effectively.
• Consultative Approach: Take a consulting approach to understand business problems and propose functional/technical solutions based on industry best practices.
• User Story Management: Identify, analyze, and plan user stories for developers to implement, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Project Governance: Implement IT project governance, risk management, RAID logs, and provide consistent and accurate reporting.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the point of contact for interactions with different teams, fostering collaboration and synergy.
• Requirements Consolidation: Responsible for consolidating requirements in the backlog before scoping and scaling into the detailed planning process.
