Red Rock Partnership Ltd provide temporary employees to the industrial recruitment sector and are growing and developing our commercial and permanent recruitment offering. We are now looking to expand our Permanents Division and are looking for experienced Perms Consultants.

About the role:

We are seeking individuals who have a successful track record as Permanents Consultants within the Recruitment Industry. This is a 360 role incorporating Sales and Service for Permanent Clients. This is a position for people who do not give up easily and understand the hard work it takes to achieve the goals they are working towards.

The perfect candidate is a self-starter, passionate and a well-disciplined individual who wishes to over-deliver and contribute to the future growth and development of our business. This position will report to the Permanent Division Director.

About the Role:

  • Previous 360 Consultant Role
  • Previous Business Development experience.
  • Experience of working within the Recruitment Industry.
  • Ability to forge business relationships.
  • Strong Verbal and Written communication skills.

The consultant will be responsible for;

  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Perform agreed sales activity & achieve financial targets.
  • Manage client requirements.
  • Ensure candidate pool is managed effectively.
